A US-based multinational engaged PTS to take over and modernise their IT operations across Hong Kong and China. With a 12-hour time difference between the US team and the sites, the client lacked on-the-ground visibility — making execution particularly challenging.
The Challenge
The company operated across three sites in China — comprising manufacturing and office space — as well as a corporate office in Hong Kong. Their US team outlined several urgent objectives:
