Yes. PTS operates a locally registered Shanghai entity with Mandarin-speaking engineers. We handle IT procurement with RMB invoicing, ICP licensing, M365 tenant choice (global vs 21Vianet), network design that complies with China's cybersecurity law, and on-the-ground support across Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and tier-2 cities.
