Enterprise audiovisual design consultancy for headquarters, flagship spaces and the rooms that simply cannot fail.

PTS is an independent audiovisual design consultancy working across Hong Kong, Mainland China and APAC. We design the AV behind regional headquarters, trading floors, executive boardrooms, briefing centres and flagship public spaces — for banks, hedge funds, global brands and the professional-services firms alongside them. Our practice is led by one of the region’s most experienced AV design consultants, and because we are independent and vendor-neutral, the design always serves the brief — not a product line or a reseller’s margin.

From a single board-level meeting room to a multi-floor headquarters fit-out — or a statement LED and art installation in a flagship lobby — we bring the standards, documentation and delivery discipline that large, complex projects demand. See how we delivered technology infrastructure for a global law firm across Hong Kong and Singapore, and AV and infrastructure for a corporate office fit-out. Enterprise AV design consultancy

Large organisations don’t just need rooms that work — they need a coherent AV standard that scales across floors, buildings and cities, survives a refresh cycle, and reflects the organisation at the front of house. That is what we design.

Headquarters and flagship workplaces

End-to-end AV design for regional and global headquarters — every space type, one consistent standard, documented to the point of installation. We work as part of the wider fit-out alongside architects, designers, MEP and main contractors.

Boardrooms and executive spaces

The highest-stakes rooms in the building. Board and committee rooms, executive briefing suites and CEO floors, designed for flawless video, intelligible audio and a control experience anyone can use without a technician in the room.

Trading floors and dealing rooms

Dense, high-availability environments where seconds and uptime matter. Squawk and intercom, multi-display positions, broadcast feeds, and resilient signal distribution engineered for the trading and dealing rooms of banks and hedge funds.

Briefing, experience and innovation centres

Client-facing showcase spaces — briefing centres, experience suites and innovation labs — where the technology is part of the story. Multi-screen environments, immersive rooms, and interactive content designed to impress and to work.

Town halls and large-venue AV

All-hands spaces, auditoria, multi-purpose and divisible rooms with broadcast-quality streaming for hybrid audiences across the region — so a town hall in one city reaches every office at once.

Standards across floors, buildings and sites

A documented room-standards framework — small, medium and large rooms, boardrooms and special spaces — so every room behaves the same way, on every floor, in every city. Consistency is what makes a large estate supportable.

Art and cutting-edge technology

Some spaces are meant to make a statement. We design the feature installations that anchor a flagship lobby, a brand space or a headquarters reception — where audiovisual technology becomes architecture, art and experience.

Feature LED and media walls

Large-format and fine-pitch LED, creative and irregular canvases, and media walls that double as art when idle and as communication when needed. Specified properly — pixel pitch, brightness, content pipeline, power and cooling — so they look as good in year three as on day one.

Experiential and interactive installations

Immersive and interactive environments for reception areas, brand flagships and experience centres — touch, motion, sensor-driven and multi-user installations that invite people in rather than simply playing at them.

Generative and data-driven content

Real-time, generative and data-driven content — live market data, brand storytelling, environmental and event-reactive visuals — built on content engines that keep an installation feeling alive instead of looping a video.

Emerging technology, deployed with judgement

We track what’s genuinely new — microLED and transparent displays, real-time content and AI-assisted camera and audio, immersive and volumetric experiences, integration with lighting, building and workplace platforms — and deploy it where it earns its place in the brief. Cutting-edge, never gimmick for its own sake.

The sectors we design for

Different industries ask very different things of their AV. We design for the demanding end of each.

Banks and financial institutions

Trading floors, dealing rooms, executive boardrooms and regulated meeting environments where downtime is not an option and recording, compliance and resilience are designed in from the start.

Hedge funds and trading firms

Smaller footprints, exacting standards. Principal and partner offices, dealing positions and boardrooms that have to look and perform at the level of the firm — delivered discreetly and fast.

Global and sportswear brands

Flagship offices, showrooms and brand spaces where the AV is part of the brand. Feature installations, showcase rooms and experience centres designed to land a brand impression the moment someone walks in.

Professional services and law

Multi-room, multi-site firms that run on reliable client meetings and hybrid hearings — consistent room standards across the estate, plus the high-assurance spaces partners depend on.

Luxury, retail and real estate

Reception centrepieces, sales galleries, show suites and digital signage where finish and reliability both have to be flawless in front of customers.

An independent and vendor-neutral practice

Most AV firms sell and install the products they design with. We don’t. PTS is an independent AV design consultancy — paid by you, not by a manufacturer — so our recommendations are shaped by your brief, your budget and your operating reality, not by the brands we happen to carry.

That independence matters most on large projects, where the difference between a good and a poor specification is measured in hundreds of thousands of dollars and years of reliability:

  • Specialist-led. Our practice is led by one of the region’s most experienced audiovisual design consultants, with a track record across enterprise headquarters, financial-services environments and flagship installations.
  • Vendor-neutral by design. We run open, like-for-like RFPs and recommend the right platform — Crestron, Q-SYS, Cisco, Poly, Logitech, Barco, Samsung, LG, Absen and others — on merit.
  • Aligned to standards. We work to ISO/IEC 27001 and 20000 disciplines, with the documentation, governance and change control that enterprise procurement and audit expect.
  • Accountable through delivery. We don’t hand you a drawing and disappear — we oversee installation, commissioning and handover, and we can run the rooms afterwards.

From concept to commissioning

AV that works starts with standards and disciplined delivery. We take a project from first principles through to a stable, documented, supportable environment.

Requirements and room standards

  • Stakeholder workshops and use-case definition
  • Room-type standards: small, medium, large, boardrooms, special spaces
  • A consistent user experience designed across the whole estate

Design documentation

  • Schematics, drawings and a detailed bill of materials
  • Budget guidance and value engineering options
  • Implementation-ready documentation for installers

RFP and vendor selection

  • Open RFP scope, response evaluation and clarification management
  • Technical and commercial comparison, strictly like-for-like
  • Reduced risk of expensive change requests later

Delivery oversight

  • Site coordination with contractors, designers and project teams
  • Installation quality control and issue management
  • Testing, commissioning and formal sign-off

Commissioning and tuning

  • Audio tuning, camera framing and usability checks
  • Control-system logic validation
  • Stability checks under real meeting and event conditions

Handover and support readiness

  • As-built documentation and simple room guides
  • Support runbooks and escalation routes
  • A clean transition so spaces stay stable after go-live

LED video walls

LED walls can look brilliant — but only when the specification, integration and ongoing support are handled properly. We design and deliver LED and media walls that perform reliably in real environments, from boardroom canvases to flagship-lobby art.

Specification and design

  • Pixel pitch and viewing-distance guidance
  • Brightness, content sources and control requirements
  • Infrastructure planning including power and cooling

Installation and integration

  • Coordination with builders and MEP contractors
  • Integration with AV control, switching and content sources
  • Commissioning and acceptance testing

Ongoing support

  • Fault response and spare-parts strategy
  • Preventative maintenance and health checks
  • Lifecycle planning to avoid surprise failures

Enterprise AV support and meeting assurance

Designing the rooms is only half of it. For large organisations, what protects the investment is disciplined operational support — so a board meeting never waits on a technician and a flagship installation never goes dark. If senior staff need help to start a call, the AV isn’t doing its job.

Helpdesk and on-site support

  • Triage and resolution for room faults, remote and on-site
  • Replacement coordination and RMA handling
  • Escalation management across multiple AV vendors

Preventative maintenance

  • Routine room checks, firmware planning and health reporting
  • Known-issue remediation before it impacts meetings
  • Asset register and lifecycle recommendations

Meeting and event assurance

  • Pre-meeting checks for board meetings, results calls and VIP sessions
  • On-call support for high-importance and broadcast events
  • Rapid recovery if something fails mid-session

Multi-vendor estates and reporting

  • Clear ownership, documentation and escalation across mixed estates
  • Ticket-trend and recurring-failure analysis
  • Room-reliability reporting and a prioritised improvement plan

How we engage

Every project starts with understanding the brief, the spaces and the standard you want to set. From there we propose a clear, costed plan of work.

1. Discovery conversation (free). You tell us what you’re building — headquarters, a single flagship space, a feature installation, or a refresh across an estate — and what good looks like.

2. Design and documentation. We define room standards, produce the design and bill of materials, and give you implementation-ready documentation and a realistic budget.

3. Procurement and delivery. We run a vendor-neutral RFP, oversee installation and commissioning, and hand over a documented, supportable environment — which we can then support day to day.

We don’t publish fixed prices because no two projects are alike — a partner’s boardroom and a multi-floor headquarters are different undertakings. We scope your work and put a clear, costed proposal in writing. Talk to PTS to start.

AV FAQs

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often from organisations in Hong Kong, China and across APAC.

Do you design AV for headquarters and large corporate fit-outs?

Yes — it is our core work. We design complete AV standards for regional and global headquarters, working alongside architects, designers, MEP and main contractors, and documenting every room type to the point of installation so the standard scales across floors, buildings and cities.

Can you design art and experiential installations?

Yes. We design feature LED and media walls, immersive and interactive installations, and generative or data-driven content for flagship lobbies, brand spaces, briefing centres and experience suites — specified properly so they stay reliable long after launch.

Do you work with banks, hedge funds and financial institutions?

Yes. Financial-services environments — trading floors, dealing rooms, executive boardrooms and regulated, recorded meeting spaces — are a core sector for us, where resilience, compliance and uptime are designed in from the start.

Are you really vendor-neutral?

Yes. We are an independent AV design consultancy paid by the client, not by a manufacturer or reseller. We run open, like-for-like RFPs and recommend the right platform on merit, which removes the conflict of interest baked into firms that only sell what they install.

Do you work across Hong Kong, China and the wider region?

Yes. We deliver from owned offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai, and design and coordinate AV projects across APAC — useful for organisations rolling out a consistent standard across multiple markets.

Can you take over and support a multi-vendor AV estate?

Yes. We document the environment, define ownership, create escalation routes, run preventative maintenance, and stabilise recurring fault areas — whether or not we designed the rooms originally.

Do you support important meetings and events?

Yes. We provide meeting and event assurance, including pre-checks and rapid response for board meetings, results calls, town halls and high-importance broadcast sessions.

How is AV design and consultancy priced?

Bespoke per project, based on the spaces, standards and scope involved. We don’t publish fixed prices — we scope your project and return a clear, costed proposal. See how we engage above.
